MEET THE TEAM

Richard Leach (BSC, ARCS, ACA) Richard is a qualified Chartered Accountant whose specialised areas are with SME startups and pensions scheme accountancy. Richard also has a wealth of experience in helping SMEs during their start up period and can draw upon a wide network of contacts that can assit in most industry sectors. In the past Richard has had very close involvement with a number of very large Defined Benefit Schemes but has concentrated in the last few years on smaller SSAS schemes and their interaction with their sponsoring SME entities. In his spare time Richard enjoys watching rugby and cricket and also helps his wife with her show-jumpers.       Tanya Kuhrt (BA, MA, MPMI) Tanya is a Member of the Pensions Management Institute and has extensive experience in all aspects of administering SSAS and DB Schemes as well as structuring administrative procedures and developing databases for the management of pension schemes. Tanya runs the pension administration service at Kuhrt Leach LLP and has a high degree of knowledge on the new pension rules. Tanya has a young daughter who takes up the majority of her spare time.                 Rob Lowe - Associate Rob is an associate who enables us to offer strategic management experience for SMEs looking to expand and list on either the PLUS or AIM stock markets. Rob is currently a non-executive chairman or director of three AIM-listed companies and was the principal catalyst in bringing together all the parties required to take one of those companies to the alternative investment market.
